  Why can’t I purchase a WordPress premium theme? I don’t have the “premium themes” tab on my dashboard either.

  You won’t have those options unless you have a free hosted WordPress.com blog and your are the Admin who registered the blog. If you have a wordpress.org install then those options do not exist for you.

  We purchased a domain name and hosting through Bluehost and were told we could use WordPress themes. This limits us to which themes we can use?

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate sites for different software.
