cant purchase mapping / suspicious interface

  I was trying to purchase mapping for an already registered domain name.
  First I tried paypal and wouldnt let me click on the log in.
  Second when I tried payment by credit I suddenly noticed random numbers popping where it needed credit card numbers and weird drop downs
