Cant reach my web page after update with ‘Thrive Architect’ – How can I fix the problem?

What can I do/who should I contact when I get the following message when I try to laugh my web page after an update with ‘Thrive Architect’ on my web page: ‘The web page is having technical difficulties’? I have done this kind of update several times before without any trouble, and this is the first time this happens. Now I cannot reach my web page at all.
When I try to get in to log in to my web page + /wp-admin/, I get the following message: ‘The web page is experiencing technical challenges. Please check your web page administrator emailbox to get instructions’.
Host is domeneshop.no. I am the only one with access to my web page.
