  I am unable to reach my website and wp-admin as well. getting an error message ‘The theme directory ‘astra’ does not exist’ in the first case and ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions’ in the second case.

  Oh no! Sounds like you may need to reinstall your theme, perhaps? I’d look at the admin email for details, or even ask your host to restore a backup.
