Can’t receive SMS to login

    Hi,
    I got contacted by our website admin to inform me he can not login due to him not receiving the SMS required to login, he still got access to the phone number and e-mail connected to the account and we tried everything to solve this issue yet we couldn’t, each solution we tried required us to get an confirmation code via SMS.
    I will be happy to provide any information necessary to solve this issue, and I should note that the admin couldn’t write on the forum without accessing his account or creating a new one hence I am writing this.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).
