can’t receive the confirmation mail to change my email

Hi could you please check for me why i can’t recieve the confirmation email from you, i’ve change my old email (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my new one: (email visible only to moderators and staff) , my new email from Zoho email, after contact them they ask me to ask you to give me the smtp logs that verify that the email was delivered to Zoho

The email is going to be sent to the email address that’s currently in use on the account at https://wordpress.com/me/account/
I’ve checked the email logs and do not see where a notification has been sent. Can you try clearing the browser cache on your deice?
Then try to update the email on the account once more from https://wordpress.com/me/account/
Let me know how that works out.

i’ve changed it, and i’ve received the email confirmation, but when i try to change it in my website https://topbuzzy.com/wp-admin/profile.php i don’t receive the confirmation!

Yes i’ve changed the email from wordpress, but i can’t do the same change in my wordpress website, in my admin!

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

You have the website connected to WordPress.com by way of the Jetpack plugin, but the site is still using the WordPress.org software.
It sounds like you’re having trouble changing the email address in the site itself?
If so, you’ll need to reach out to WordPress.org support: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
