Can’t reconnect Jetpack

    We’ve been using jetpack and woocommerce with no problems the last few months, but after recent updates, I can’t connect Jetpack to our site again? I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting advice, deactivating plugins, deleting jetpack and now trying to reinstall, but it now give this message ‘Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site https://takeaction.org.za [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds]’
    Please help!

    Hi there, when I try to test the connection with this command:
    curl -I takeaction.org.za/xmlrpc.php

    I get this answer:
    HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently

    Your host may be using some security features to block xmlrpc.php. Can you check in with them to confirm? They can try the same test I did.
