Can't Recover Account, Email Link is Broken

  I’m trying to log into my old account.

  1.
  When I try to log in I get:

  “Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.”

  I use the password reset page:
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  3.
  It sends me a recovery link to my email.

  When I click it it sends me to a page that says

  “Sorry, but the provided signature isn’t valid.”

  I try the Account Recovery page.
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Under “Proof of Ownership” I put the activation URL.

  It won’t submit the form because

  “The activation key does not appear to be valid.”

  Yeah, the key URL doesn’t work, that’s why I’m trying to send you a message through the form to get help! It’s a never ending loop!

  FIX THE ACCOUNT RECOVERY LINKS, THEY DON’T WORK
