Can’t recover my password and trying to cancel my domain

    Hi. I just got charged for my domain forgetting that I even own one. I don’t remember my password. I keep inputting my email address and I keep getting told that I am being sent a link in my email and that I need to go to my email to reset my password. I have tried this several times and I still have not gotten an email from you guys to reset my password. I’ve been trying this since yesterday. Without a password I can’t log in and cancel and get a refund. Please help. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my domain is song-bird attached to melodyministry.
