  sucs that I cant recover password. I haven’t been on since 2015 if it matters.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   Hello guys,

  I would like to ask if there is any way to reach support in order to retrieve a password for a website. (http://omelhorbolodechocolatedomundobycbl.com/home/)

  We found ourselfs in a situation where a former company colaborator changed the original password and the e-mail associated of the wordpress admin account, and we can no longer retrieve the passwords for both. Could we, by either showying any type of documentation or, even, the original admin + password, retrieve control?
