Cant register my new domain name which is included in the bundle i purchased

  I followed the instruction of registering a personal domain name after I purchased the premium upgrade bundle, but the page just turned blank after i filled in the details and clicked the register domain, nothing happens after that, my internet doesnt have any problems at all…
