I can’t go to my admin account, this message shows –
But how do I perform these actions, if I can’t even log in to do this?

Where are you trying to log in? What is the URL of the site you are trying to log in to?

Sorry, I forgot to write a message what shows me WordPress.
“Due to protection of web servers from repeated attacks, we were forced to restrict access to administrative interface of web pages to selected countries. If you are currently in a foreign country, please sign in to WebAdmin, proceed to your domain management and disable this GeoIP filter in CMS section.”Yesterday I paid and register my website on WordPress and today I can’t go to my admin account.

What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here was created only a few minutes before this forum thread, and doesn’t own any sites.
The error message you quote does not come from us – we do not use any geographic filtering for the login screen on WordPress.com, nor do we have any feature called WebAdmin.
If you’re trying to log into your hosting account at another hosting provider, please contact that hosting provider’s support directly for help with this.
