Can't remove a blog I don't have access to anymore.

  I’m trying to remove an old blog from wordpress that is associated to my account. I no longer have access to the domain name (mmablog.ca) so I can’t load it up to delete. Wondering how I can remove it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
