Can’t renew my domain

  Hello,
  I am trying to renew Rachelfolz.com and when I go to enter a payment method, it says I don’t have the rights to pay for this. My PayPal was hacked this year, so I had to remove it and now I am getting nervous I am going to miss the deadline. Please help.

  Hi Rachel –

  Sign out and back in under the folzes account. From there, you will be able to renew the domain. Go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and then there’ll be a renewal link for the domain.

  The domain does not expire until 2020-03-28 so you do have a little time, don’t panic :) Write back if more help is needed.
