cant renew my domain name

    I can’t find my renew button on the purchases page.

    Hi there,

    That’s because the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any renewable upgrades. What upgrade, and on which site, are you trying to renew?

    If you’re speaking of the domain, jordanmitchellart.com, That domain expired on 26 May and was removed from our system over a month ago. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

    It might still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, the domain is right at the end of the redemption period, so it’s also possible we’re already too late.

    Please confirm if that’s the domain you’re speaking of, and I can send you a link to pay for its renewal. Once we receive your payment we can email our domain provider to request redemption of the domain.
