Can’t renew my old subscription (have to start a new one)

    My subscription expired a month ago. I’m trying to renew it by clicking the link they emailed to me, but it doesn’t work. If I log in to my account, I see nothing to renew in ‘Purchases’ (instead I can see last year’s purchase in ‘Billings’).

    The message says: ‘Renewing WordPress.com Personal for another year costs €35.88’ (that was the price I purchased last year). But as the link doesn’t show anything, I can only ‘start’ a new subscription in my profile. And the ‘offer’ for renewing the old one isn’t applied; when I choose a personal plan, it costs 48€ to me.

    Any solutions?
    Is it because there is a period to renew with that ‘offer’ or something?

    The Personal plan expired and it has been removed from your site. At this point, you can only re-purchase it at the new price as the old price is no longer available.
