Can’t renew my plan – website is down

  Hi there,

  My website thedecodiary.com is now down, and I’m assuming it is because I need to renew my subscription with WordPress. However, I get this error message when I try to pay for the plan The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error 43551299/ARQBRW.

  CAn you help please?
