Can’t Reset Password

I’ve been given a new account to login to the /wp-admin for the above site by my manager, but I cannot reset my password and gain access to the account. I’m able to make password reset requests and receive the email, but the link in the email results in a ‘This site can’t be reached’ message every time.
How can I ‘reset’ the password so that I can gain access to the admin panel for our website?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
