Can’t reset the admin login passowrd

  Hi there. I am trying to login to my WP website on the backend but the password is incorrect and I cannot reset the password. The link is https://loyaltea.ca/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Floyaltea.ca%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
