Cant reset wordpress password

Hi, I am unable to log into my wordpress admind ashboard using the URL above (essentially https://mysite.com/wp-login.php), as it says my password is wrong.
I have tried to reset the password (tried using both my username and email), but I never received any emails from WordPress in any of my inboxes including junk folders. This is the main problem – I do not receive any password reset emails.
I am able to use my WordPress username and password to access other WordPress pages such as this one to seek support. I even successfully resetted my password by putting in the wrong password then resetting, prior to logging into this support forum. I received a password reset email and it all worked and I am logged in here. But this new password does not work for logging into my wordpress admin dashboard either.

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
