Cant restore backup .HELPPP

  I have tried to restore backup to wordpress installed in my computer BUT then it gives 404 error when i open site(localhost) …. When i open admin panel localhost:1010/wp-admin , admin panel of backup site appears BUT when i login it redirects to domain of backup site which is expired…
  How can fix it

  I cant find apache folder . I am using IIS in computer
