Can’t Retrieve Account After Changing Permalink by Mistake

    Hello!
    I made a big mistake and updated the permalink on our old blog thinking that it would redirect to our new one. Of course, everything is now broken and I can’t access my account because the URL is trying to redirect. Would anyone know how I can gain access once again to my account so that I can change the permalink back?

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
