Can’t Rotate an Image

    I don’t have a site associated with this account, but I have a question based off the wordpress system itself. My site is connected with another, also known as my parent’s website. I was wondering why I’ve been getting an error message for weeks when I try and rotate an image, because you upload portrait sided pics to WordPress, you guys flip them. I’m getting a message that says something like ‘ can not seem to load the preview image ‘.

    If y’all could help me out, that would be amazing!

    Thanks, this site isn’t hosted with our service — it seems to be hosted with iPage.

    You’ll want to use the forums for individual installations:
    https://wordpress.org/support

    I’d recommend getting the exact error message and searching for it, both through your favorite search engine and in the search box at the WordPress.org forums. You’ll likely find your answers there, but if not you can ask the community for help.

    You can also try checking in with your host to see if they’re aware of any issues.
