Can’t Schedule

I’m trying to schedule out some posts but when I change the publishing date of the post to a future time (typically the next day) the ‘publish’ button won’t change to schedule. It will either stay as ‘publish’ or will say ‘update’. When I change the publishing date to the future and click ‘update’ or ‘publish’ anyway, it removes the current post on the page and will display an error that the page cannot be found. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated!
The site I need help with is klminternational.net/daily-devotional/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
