  Can’t see DNS management – where to change MX records – please help and how to contact wordpress as I can’t locate any contacts

  Hi there,

  We don’t host the domain, tdonaghersolicitor.com, so it’s not possible to change any DNS records for that domain with us.

  The domain used to be hosted here, and was connected to your account via our domain mapping upgrade, but that upgrade already expired in October last year, and is no longer active on your account.

  To make any changes to this domain’s DNS, you’ll need to go to Register.it where that domain is registered and change the name servers to wherever you want the domain to be hosted, and then change the DNS at that host.

  If you still want the domain hosted with us, go to My Site ->Plans and buy a new plan for your site. Then you’ll be able to add a new domain mapping upgrade, and only then will the DNS editor become available again.
