Can't see my blog

  My blog is covered in some weird blue page that overlaps the blog and I can’t see it or get to any of it. I’ve been having this problem for a month. What can I do? I’ve tried everything.

  When I click on something I only see it for a second or two and the blue thing covers the page.

  It’s not on the front page…it’s when I’m trying to write blogs…the whole thing is blue and I can’t get to anything.
