Cant see or access account

    When I tried to access my emails they werent coming through so I permanently deleted all my deleted emails to free up some space which didn’t work so I tried to get onto my site and it seems to be down. Now I cant access any identification because I have deleted the emails. Can you help me please. I was getting heaps of emails some trying to access my account.
