can’t seem to get on my website

I have been trying to get on the website www,amvets-ma.org and when I do I can’t seem to get in I have been told One of your WordPress plugins is causing the error.
You should disable it or update it and that should resolve the issue. if this is so why doesn’t it effect my other website like amvetsofmaine.com or amvets-ri.ogr or amvetsct,org. and if this is true how do I fix this if I can’t get on the site
Please help as I can’t update the website like this

Your site amvets-ma.org is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by ITX Design. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
