CAN'T SIGN IN

  I have been unable to sign into my admin area for quite some time… I got frustrated with it and decided to find another platform where I can get some support to help me when I run into problems… so I just go an email from someone – a NOREPLY address – that says: This is a reminder that your package WordPress on karenvaters.com/blog (public_html/blog) will be upgraded in the next 4 day(s). Should you wish to cancel this upgrade or upgrade immediately, please simply login to your control panel and access QuickInstall and go under Manage Installations. I CAN’T DO WHAT THEY ARE SAYING HERE. – well I CAN’T SIGN IN TO PERFORM THIS ACTION…. Can someone help me. I just want to cancel my account….

  karenvaters.com is not a free hosted wordpress.com blog and we cannot help you with it. Who do you pay to web host that blog? That is who you have to contact.
