can’t sign in

  I am unable to sign in. I have two sites and when I try to sign in with my new site it it says the password is wrong when I go to reset it sends an email to reset my other site. my user name for my new site is drcari. Also, my designer cannot sign in. I have access to my site through Go Daddy. I reset his password it did not work. I added him as a new user and it did not work either. HELP

  What is the address of the site you’re trying to access? There is no account with a username, drcari on WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites hosted on WordPress.com in this forum.
