Can't sign in

  I’ve never signed out of my site because when I try to sign in from other sites, like to comment on articles, WordPress says my email address, username, password, etc are not recognized. I can’t retrieve or change anything because basically it says I don’t exist, but I know I have a site because I post, repost, comment on other’s articles through this site which I’ve never logged out of. I’m not sure what the problem is.

  My ‘regular’ email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). This WordPress thing, like everything else, requiring it’s own email and password, is a pain in the butt. I can’t keep up with it all and when I set it up a couple years ago never thought I’d use it enough to matter.

  Can you help me straighten out the issue of a password so I can log in and out of the account? Thanks. Deborah (zuzusays or whomever I am)
