Can’t sign in as admin on old blog

About a year ago, I signed up for a WordPress upgrade at $99 a year. I already had an old blog on WordPress but I wanted to upgrade it. Well, I got derailed and never did anything with it and now I’m trying to dispute the new $99 I got billed. In the process, I discovered I can no longer sign into my old free blog as the admin. What do I need to do?
