can`t sign in in my dashboard anymore

Hello, i can`t log in anymore in my dashboard…
first, i
m from Brazil and sorry abou my english thats not so perfect, but i will try to say what happend!my site was perfectly working but when i choose a diferent custom URL for my site, in one of the configurations menus of the dashboard, i can`t sign in anymore to there and my website now are totaly out of working.

what can i do??
