Can't sign in.

    I have problems signing in to WordPress when blogs using wordpress, when I enter my eamil and password I get the message that there is no such user, and when I try to register again it is telling that my email is already in use, so what to do?
    I can sign in directly to wordpress, but not when wanting to log into wordpress when blogs or forum asking me to do so, then the problem I described happens.
