can’t transfer Wix domain to WP

    Hello, I followed the steps on this webpage (https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/#step-5-change-the-dns-records-after-a-successful-transfer) but when it came to Step 3, i got stuck. when i select transfer, it brings me to a page that says
    ‘The domain emilyiscreative.com is not transferable’ at the top. How do I proceed?

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    In situations like these, the first step is to verify whether your domain is locked by your current domain provider, Wix. A domain lock can prevent the transfer of your domain to another registrar. We recommend contacting Wix directly and asking them to check if your domain is locked. If it is indeed locked, they will need to remove the lock in order for the transfer to go through.
