Can’t unsubscribe from a blog I followed

  I have been trying to unsubscribe from a blog for days now. My subscription list is empty but I keep getting emails. I click unsubscribe from the email footer but it leads me to the Manage Subscription page that doesn’t list the blog that’s still emailing me.
