  Are you truing to purchase a plan for the first time? Or renew an existing plan?

  Purchasing for the first time. I was already on the free plan. I basically need to update to add my domain name to the website.

  Can you give it another try? Prehaps using a different browser?

  Are you located in a country that is served by Paypal (our payment processor)?
