Can’t update WordPress 5.2.1

  I’m trying to update/edit my website ‘The Adventure Seeker By Sean T Hannan’ but I’m getting an error saying: “You cannot update because WordPress 5.2.1 requires PHP version 5.6.20 or higher. You are running version 5.4.45.”
  I’ve looked around but can’t figure out where I can update PHP in the client area or anything in the knowledge-base. Any advise?

  You are in the wrong forum as your site uses the open source wordpress.org and this forum is for sites on the wordpress.com platform. The solution for your problem is easy: you must contact your provider.
