Can't Upgrade

We have a custom domain that we had been previously using. Suddenly we are unable to use it and we are back at a free plan instead of premium. I cannot upgrade-the premium option is not available, but this is what we were previously using.

So, the issue appears to be that you renewed your domain registration for ssmeastlansing.org but did not renew your WordPress.com Business plan.
If you purchase the Business plan again for your site, that should sort things out:
