Can’t upgrade

    I want to upgrade but everytime I try to do it ,a msg pops up saying ,your purchases are disabled, contact us to enable it
    Now I have tried contacting you guys before but evertime I am given the reply of : we can’t fix it but u can still enjoy the free version .
    But the free version doesn’t let me do anything
