Can't upgrade my account

  Hi,
  I am in Canada and trying to upgrade to business account. I keep getting the “Your transaction has been declined. Please try another card.” error. My Visa credit card is working, made an Amazon purchase just to be sure. My bank is showing a $0.00 charge from my attempts on WP.

  I have resolved this, just off phone with bank. It was on their end.
