  i was buying a new plan personal plan but while paying for it i couldn’t sucessful my transcation. the error of 10486 appear… i tried several time but cant buy it….

  Thank you for writing, well you need to check your payment details correctly or contact your bank to active your card for the international transaction.
  You can pay through your Cards: Debit and Credit cards or you can pay with Paypal.

  Hi there,

  That error means PayPal is blocking the transaction on their end, so you’ll need to please contact them for help with this.
