  Hi there,

  I checked your account and it is saying your card has been declined. Your account’s currency is set to USD but your email implies you are located in India. What country are you in currently?

  I know we have a lot of problems with the Bank of India blocking international purchases, including purchases on WordPress.com. If you are in India, I would contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the payment, and if they are, ask them to allow this purchase to go through.
