Can't upgrade to personal account.

    Hello,

    1) I created a free account and have edited my website considerably, and I want to now purchase a Personal Account to get access to a unique domain name.
    I have entered all my master-card information correctly but the purchase wont go through.

    2) Also, I have noticed that you have stored my card details on your servers… is it possible to remove them incase your servers get compromised?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any error messages in your account, which means your payment details are not even coming through. This means the payment is most likely being blocked from your bank’s end. Please contact them for help regarding that.

    We don’t completely remove payment info from our servers as we need to keep that data for accounting and legal purposes. However, we and our payment processors are fully PCI compliant, meaning not only is there a ton of physical and digital security protecting our servers, but the data itself is encrypted, so even if someone managed to get access to it, they won’t be able to read it.
