can’t upgrade to personal plan

    Hi, it says ‘sorry this plan is not compatible with your site’. Could you help me go back to a non plugin enabled site so I can upgrade to personal

    Hi @prntawastesite, thanks for your patience on this! I can revert the site for you, but I want to be sure you understand the impact it will have. Can you confirm?

    In order to downgrade your site, we’ll need to revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme on July 31.

    Your site’s content (posts, pages, media files, categories, tags, projects/portfolios) will be preserved, but this process will remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them. The theme and customizations (such as widgets and menus) will return to the state they were in on this date. You will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.

    The site will be set into private mode during the downgrade process. You will be able to set the site to a public or coming soon mode later. Normally, the downgrade process should not take more than 15-30 minutes, but for sites with a lot of content, it may take several hours.

    Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this process, and whether you would like to preserve any content added while on the Business plan, and we’ll go from there!
