Can’t Upgrade to Premium Account

    Really need your help on this one guys! My previous domain and Business Plan had expired, and I so my website had been reverted back to the Free Account. I want to upgrade to Premium, but for some reason the button to upgrade is not there.

    Is it because of an ecommerce plug-in I have installed? Even so, I can’t get to my plug ins page. it says: 403 Forbidden. Permission denied. Our sentries tell us that you should not be here.

    Any ideas what’s wrong? Being on a Free Account, I cant directly contact WordPress support.

    If you were using plugins on the Business Plan, the plan needs to be added back to your site manually once it has expired – due to changes we make behind the scenes when you install plugins on a site, it’s not possible to buy a new plan for such a site from the Plans page.

    I’m sending you a link via email that you can use to pay for the plan again. Once we receive your payment, we can manually reactivate the plan on your site. Then you’ll also be able to add a new domain using the free domain included in the plan.
