Can't upload anything via WordPress 3.3.1

  I have my account hosted by Candaga Internet (a reseller for GoDaddy.com).

  I cannot upload ANY files whatsoever to my WordPress. Apparently I’m having the same problem as the rest of the universe.

  I even did a fresh install and still can’t. I’ve read forum after forum after forum and can’t fix the problem. It always says “Missing a temporary folder.”

  Where is this folder and how can I fix the problem?
