Can’t upload new blog or make new pages

Whenever I click the add blog or add page part it takes me to an empty page on my site and say “oops page cannot be reached…”

Hi! I can’t quite see what’s wrong with the site, as it isn’t hosted here. I did notice wp-admin itself returns a 404 error. It’d need a special configuration to do that, but as your site isn’t hosted here with our services, I can’t tell how you have things set up.
Can you contact your host to see if they can help? If the problem just started recently, they may have some ideas. Otherwise, can you try the forums for the free WordPress software to see if the folks there have seen this? You can do that here:

Also, I failed to clarify, here’s the difference between the free WordPress software and our hosting services:
