Can't upload or change photos

    I am trying to upload photos so that I can change our featured photo our homepage, but I am getting error messages every single time. Also, when I click “Remove Featured Image” absolutely NOTHING happens. This is very frustrating and I am not entirely WordPress savvy so I really need some help and to be walked through this so we don’t keep running into this problem.

    Won’t you please share the error message here so that we can understand the problem better?

    Also, what type of file are you trying to upload? WordPress.com can accept these image types:
    .jpg/.jpeg
    .gif
    .png
