  the proceed button cant be pressed, it asks to resolve an issue, Subdomain change: Your subdomain will change from anyadslanka.wordpress.com to anyadslanka.wpcomstaging.com.

  You can’t upload themes on the Free Plan. To do so you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
